New Teacher Academy
New Teacher Academy is Dallas ISD's orientation and induction experience for new and novice teachers. NTA is designed to help new teachers understand and align to the district's teaching strategies, goals, evaluation systems, and district philosophies. For 2022, NTA was hosted at The Dallas Opera building.
For visual branding, district leadership wanted to retain their original logo, but update the color scheme and design elements. Event branding was refreshed with vibrant summer colors and geometric language.

Main items needed for this event were presentation slides for guest speakers, and directional signage.

A section of the conference was dedicated to a panel discussion featuring Teacher of the Year Finalists from 2022. The slides below were cued as each guest was introduced.
In addition to slide deck designs, there was a need for on-site printed signage. The art direction established with the deck was extended to the signage.
We created 3-sided welcome signs to greet attendees at multiple entrances. Each sign featured a DISD educator. There was also miscellaneous signs created for directional purposes.
